Exhibitors Guidelines

The following outlines key participation guidelines for exhibitors at The Drink Show

All booths are provided on a space-only basis.

Detailed operational instructions are issued to confirmed exhibitors prior to the event.

Booth Allocation

✔ Booth allocation is confirmed in writing
✔ Final placement is determined by the organiser
✔ Location requests are considered but not guaranteed

Payment Terms

✔ Deposits and balances due by specified dates
✔ Booth space is not held without payment
✔ All payments are non-refundable (see Terms & Conditions)
✔ Unpaid spaces may be reallocated

Tasting Compliance

All tastings must comply with event format and licence conditions.

✔ Small sample pours only
✔ No full-serve alcohol
✔ RSA-compliant service required
✔ There is NO voucher / token system

Exhibitor Provides

Exhibitors are responsible for supplying and managing their own setup:

✔ Furniture and display materials
✔ Stock and tasting equipment
✔ Glassware and service items
✔ POS system (for sales)
✔ Power leads and electrical equipment (must be test & tagged)
✔ Safe, professional stand presentation
✔ RSA-certified staff for alcohol service

Organiser Provides

✔ Venue hire and event management
✔ Security and event staff
✔ Ice (reasonable quantities)
✔ Waste removal and cleaning
✔ Marketing and promotion
✔ Trade invitations and outreach
✔ Floorplan design and coordination

Trade Preview

Exhibitors should be prepared to engage with trade attendees during the dedicated preview session. Trade have exclusive early access from 1.00pm until 1.30pm then the Consumers are granted access. Trade can stay until 5.00pm.

✔ Order forms or lead capture

Promotional Contribution

✔ Exhibitors are encouraged to provide one bottle or product for event promotions and prize giveaways
