2. Tasting Guidelines

✔ RSA-compliant alcohol service at all times

✔ Designed for tasting and brand discovery

3. Selling at the Event

✔ Sell sealed bottles and packaged products where licensing permits

✔ There are No commission on your sales

✔ Promote your cellar door, venue, wine club or online store

✔ Capture customer enquiries and build your database

4. Exhibitor Responsibilities

✔ Staff your stand throughout the event

✔ Be ready to engage with visitors and tell your brand story

✔ Supply your own display, equipment, stock and point-of-sale materials

✔ Ensure all electrical equipment is Tagged & Tested if you want to use the Venues electrical sockets

✔ Comply with all event Terms & Conditions

5. Help Promote the Event

We ask all exhibitors to actively promote their participation through social media, email newsletters, websites and customer communications in the lead-up to the event. Every mention of your involvement helps expand the event's reach and encourages more visitors to attend.

Think of it like the FIFA World Cup Final - success comes from everyone working together towards the same goal. The stronger our combined promotion, the bigger and more engaged the crowd will be.

6. Prize Promotion

Each exhibitor is asked to donate one bottle or product for promotional giveaways and event prizes.

7. Booking Your Booth

Exhibitor spaces are limited and applications are assessed as they are received.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and your application has been accepted.
